Installation on a concrete base

When installing on a concrete base,
for safety reasons it is imperative
that steel plates are installed, the
washing machine is then installed in
these plates. The steel plates are
available from customer service
under ET-No. 645 425 058.
Installation on vibrating
floors
In the case of floors that vibrate, especially wooden floors with floor-
boards that flex, a water-proof wooden panel of at least 15 mm thick-
ness must be firmly screwed to at least 2 floor beams. If possible, install
the appliance in a corner of the room: the wooden floor is more firmly
supported in the corners and thus has less tendency to resonant vibra-
tion.

Levelling on uneven floors

Automatically adjusted foot: The rear right foot of your washing

machine includes a telescopic leg. It assures a stable stance for the
appliance, even during high speed spin cycles.
If the washing machine nevertheless does not demonstrate good stabil-
ity, proceed as follows:
0 1. Set the three adjustable feet to the default dimension of 10 mm. Use
the included special key for the removal of transport braces to this end.
If the automatically adjusted foot does not reach to the floor:
2. manually lengthen the automatically adjusted foot (back right) by the
necessary measure.
Check installation with a water level.
Attention! Never compensate for small areas of unevenness in the
floor through the use of wooden wedges, cardboard or the like. Level-
ling may only be carried out with the adjustable feet.
