TROUBLESHOOTING Follow these troubleshooting solutions: Possible Cause Corrective Maintenance Ensure the lamp is fully inserted into the socket and that Lamp Loose in Socket it has been properly locked. Make sure you’re using the correct input voltage with Incorrect Voltage ballast.
