SERVICE
1. Wireless fan service should only be performed by qualified service technicians. Service and
maintenance performed by unqualified persons may result in injury.
2. Only identical spare parts should be used when servicing the wireless fan. The use of unauthorized
spare parts or failure to follow maintenance instructions increases the risk of electric shock or injury.
WORK WITH THE APPLIANCE
Do not allow the routine and knowledge of the device to make you careless. Remember that
distraction even for a split second can lead to serious injury.
Do not use attachments or accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer of this
appliance. Use of unapproved attachments or accessories can result in serious injury.
This fan is equipped with 3-speed control via a speed switch, and you can also set the operating time
from 1, 2 or 4 hours. The fan can operate with a voltage converter or a battery.
USE OF POWER SUPPLY
Insert the 20V DC power connector into the 20V DC jack on the fan, and then plug the power plug into
an electrical outlet. Make sure that the supply voltage meets the specifications of the power cord.
To use the wireless fan, first press the power button (4.3) and switch on the fan. The fan starts
running at high speed. If you want to switch to medium or low speed, press the speed change button
(4.2) and the speed indicator will show that the fan is running at medium or low speed.
Press the power button (4.3) again to switch off the appliance after finishing work, then unplug the
power cord and allow the fan to stop rotating completely before performing inspection, maintenance
or cleaning, or before storing it.
ADJUSTING THE AIR JET ANGLE
To adjust the angle of the fan airflow, grasp the front of the fan with both hands and gently push it to
the desired position.
The angle can be adjusted in steps of 15 degrees.
BATTERY AND CHARGER INFORMATION.
The battery machine is delivered without battery and charger. Use only the battery and charger
of the R20 System series.
Installing and removing the battery
To remove the battery, slide it out of the device while sliding the button on the front of the battery. To
install the battery, align the battery pin with the notch in the chassis and slide the battery into place.
Always fully insert the battery until it clicks into place. If you can see the red part at the top of the
button, then the battery has not come in and is not locked properly. Push it all the way in until the red
part is no longer visible. Failure to do so may cause it to fall off the appliance and injure you or others
nearby.
Do not use force when installing the battery. If the battery does not slide easily, it is not inserted
correctly.
SUPPORT
For service, contact an authorized RAIDER service center and use only identical spare parts. The use
of other spare parts may cause a dangerous situation or damage to the product.
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics can be damaged by the various types
of solvents that are commercially available. Once the fan has cooled, use clean towels to remove
dust, dirt, oil, grease and more.
Do not allow brake fluid, naphtha, petroleum-based chemicals, anti-corrosion agents, oils with
increased permeability and the like to come into contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage,
weaken or destroy plastics, which can lead to serious injuries. All damaged parts must be replaced by
an authorized service center.
STORAGE
To prevent fire or burns, allow the fan to cool completely before storing it.
