Checking DAB reception quality
The function allows you to check reception quality to improve the
position of the antenna.
While listening to DAB.

Press [MENU].

Press [+] three times to display "SIGN. QUAL-
ITY".
Change the position of the antenna so the meter lengthens.

Press [MENU].
The previous display is restored.
Using data services
Data is output through the "OPTICAL OUT RDI" terminal.
Read the instructions for your software and hardware for details on
how to download data services.
Perform these steps within about 30 seconds of each other.

Tune to an ensemble containing data ser-
vices.
The "DATA" indicator lights.

Press [DATA].
The unit enters the data selection mode and the "DATA" indi-
cator starts flashing.

Turn [SERVICE] to select the data service.
To restore the previous broadcast
Press [DATA].

You can continue to enjoy audio services while downloading data
services.
