8 Troubleshooting

Problem
Connection leaks
i-wash® Basic or Pro Reach does
not spray
Carbon from the tubes wears out
Yellow clamp breaks
Carbon tube gets stuck
Tube breaks
Cause
Loose connection
No water supply
i-wash Basic or Pro Reach is
clogged
Intensive use
Intensive use
Dirt or loose carbon fibers
Tube has been extended too
far out or working angle too big

Solution
Tighten connection.
Check that the water supply
connection is correctly
connected.
Flush the hoses with water
and check the pencil jet or fan
sprayers of the brush for dirt.
Stick electrical tape on worn
out spots.
Glue with two-component
adhesive.
Replace the yellow clamp.
Spray WD-40 between the
tubes, after the tubes get
unstuck, carefully clean them.
Replace the tube.
