• Replace carter R complete with its oil pump, if there are signs
of wear in area P of surface Q (Fig. 8.32 - 8.32a).
8.7.3 Oil pressure valve check
Measure the free length F of spring D, which must be 47.91 mm.
If the measured value does not correspond to the value
indicated, replace spring D.
