Operation is subject to the following two

(2) This device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
As per Administrative Regulations on Low
Power Radio Waves Radiated Devices:
Without permission, no company, firm or user
may change the frequency, increase the power, or
alter features or functions of the original design of
type-approved low power radio-frequency devices.
The use of low power radio-frequency devices
shall not affect aircraft security or interfere with
legal communications. If found to be interfering,
the device shall cease operation immediately.
Use of the device can be resumed only after
the device has been improved to the point that

device exceeding the RF exposure requirements
and void user's authority to operate the device.
