Introduzione INTRODUZIONE Il principale impiego dei separatori d’olio è negli impianti di refrigerazione per la separazione dell’olio lubrificante dal fluido frigorigeno in uscita dal compressore. Ricevimento del materiale RICEVIMENTO DEL MATERIALE Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione sul recipiente in pressione controllare accuratamente la corrispondenza tra apparecchio consegnato e quello ordinato e verificare la correttezza dei dati riportati sulla targhetta. La generica targhetta identificativa riportante i dati è posizionata sull’involucro ed è possibile leggervi il modello, il numero di serie, l’anno di costruzione, la temperatura e la pressione di progetto, le capacità...

Movimentazione e trasporto MOVIMENTAZIONE E TRASPORTO I recipiente in pressione PROVIDES vengono epurati internamente con azoto per garantire una perfetta conservazione anche in ambienti corrosivi. Nel caso di trasporto via mare vengono imbustati singolarmente ed utilizzati telai in acciaio studiati appositamente per poter riempire container da 20 e 40 piedi senza lasciare spazi vuoti.

    I recipienti in pressione PROVIDES vengono in ogni caso epurati con azoto e tutte le aperture sono fornite di appositi tappi di chiusura. Assicurarsi che tutte le aperture siano tappate e che l’azoto sia presente nell’unità.

    OPPORTUNAMENTE ISTRUITO Dopo aver rimosso l’imballo, assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’attrezzatura in pressione. Non utilizzare in caso di dubbio e rivolgersi a PROVIDES Metalmeccanica S.r.l. ATTENZIONE: Assicurarsi di scaricare l’eventuale pressione di azoto presente all’interno della macchina prima di rimuovere i tappi di chiusura.

Installazione 7.1 Protezione dalle vibrazioni Si raccomanda di evitare la trasmissione di vibrazioni che possono provocare, nel tempo, danneggiamenti al separatore, per mezzo di opportuni sistemi antivibranti. 7.2 Isolamento Su richiesta è possibile ottenere l’isolamento termico del serbatoio per mezzo di materiale coibente incollato esternamente.

    8. Messa in servizio - 9. Impiego MESSA IN SERVIZIO Verificare la tenuta delle connessioni dell’attrezzatura in pressione. Verificare la presenza ed il funzionamento di accessori di sicurezza e impianto antincendio. La messa in servizio e le verifiche periodiche dell’impianto sono regolamentate dalla vigente norme CE e dalle disposizioni descritte dalla normativa vigente nel paese di installazione, la quale regolamenta gli adempimenti riguardanti la messa in servizio e le verifiche periodiche degli impianti nei paesi CE.

How to read the declaration of conformity HOW TO READ THE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY THE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY OF THE PRESENT PRESSURE EQUIPMENT IS ENCLOSED TO THIS MANUAL AND IT IS COMPILED WITH THE REQUIRED TECHNICAL DATA IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014/68/UE (EX 97/23/CE) PED DIRECTIVE.

  • Page 24 Furthermore, it ensures that expansion valve is feeded with only liquid refrigerant, working as trap for non- condensable. The standard construction materials of PROVIDES oil receivers and tank consist in: carbon steel for header, shell and refrigerant connections and support brackets.

Material inspection MATERIAL INSPECTION Before undergoing any operation on the oil separator/tank make sure that the delivered equipment is what you have ordered, verifying the correctness of the nameplate. The general nameplate is located onto the shell and it is possible to read the model of the unit, the serial number, the year of construction, the design and test temperatures and pressures, the volumes and the fluid types.

Handling and transportation HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION PROVIDES oil separator/tank are internally washed inside with nitrogen so as to guarantee their perfect conservation also in corrosive environments. In case of sea freight the units are individually wrapped and the transport is streamlined as its best by using frames that have been devised to fill 20 or 40 foot containers without leaving empty spaces.
  • Page 27 The unit must be stored preferably indoors and prevented from atmospheric agents. In case of outdoors storage the sunlight and the cooling during the night may cause the formation of humidity inside the unit and/or inside the plastic package. PROVIDES oil separator/tank are, at any rate, washed with nitrogen.
  • Page 28 PERSONNEL Verify the integrity of the pressure equipment after unpacking. Do not use in case of doubt and contact PROVIDES Metalmeccanica S.r.l. CAUTION: be sure to discharge any nitrogen pressure from both sides before removing plugs. Installation must allow the normal operations of maintenance and cleaning.
  • Page 29 7. Installation SET-UP Test all connections for leakage. Always verify the presence and the correct operation of safety accessories and fire extinguishing systems. Make reference to current local legislation that regulates the requirements at the start-up and periodical checks of plants and pressure equipments in the CE countries. Please contact your Notified Body in order to draft a report with positive result for the start-up.

  • Page 36 Any eventual anomalies in materials and/or defects in manufacture found during the period of warranty, will engage PROVIDES Metalmeccanica S.r.l. to repair or, to its judgment, to replace and to test, in the shortest possible time, those parts that will result not suitable for the use for they are designed.
  • Page 37 The Client shall not sell or market Products not in compliance with the Laws and Regulations mentioned under letter H and I above. In the case of the contrary, the Client shall exclude any liability for PROVIDES Metalmeccanica S.r.l. for any damage or loss suffered by the latter, due to any third party’s and/or authority’s claim raised as a consequence of the manufacture by PROVIDES Metalmeccanica S.r.l.
