13 Service Fixture and Tools

Prepare service tools before proccess service position.

14.1. Checking & Repairing Main
P.C.B.
• • • • Servicing Side A of Main P.C.B.
Step 1 Remove the top cover assembly & top shield to service
the side A of Main P.C.B.
Note: Side A of DVD Module P.C.B. can be checked at its
original position.
• • • • Servicing Side B of Main P.C.B.
Step 2 Remove the slide plate L.
Step 3 Remove 3 screws from Main P.C.B.
Step 4 Remove the tuner earth spring.

DVD Module P.C.B. - Digital
P.C.B.
Main P.C.B. - Digital P.C.B.
Main P.C.B. - AC-Inlet P.C.B.
RFKZ0339 (4 pin wire)
RFKZ0431 (50 pin FFC cable)
RFKZ0432 (28 pin FFC cable)
RFKZ0433 (4 pin wire)
Caution Note: Keep the tuner earth spring in safe place.
Avoid denting the spring. Place the tuner earth spring back
during assembling.
Step 5 Remove 4 screws from the rear panel.
Step 6 Release the tab of the rear panel in the direction of
arrow.
Step 7 Remove Main P.C.B. from the rear panel.
Step 8 Flip Main P.C.B. to another side horizontally and
position it according to the diagram shown.
