• Do not leave the fan heater unattended whilst in use.
• Do not immerse the fan heater into liquid or allow liquid to run into the interior of the
fan heater as this could create an electrical shock hazard.
• Do not spill any liquid onto the fan heater.
• Do not use this fan heater on wet surfaces, or where it can fall, or be pushed into
water or any other liquid.
• Do not use this fan heater in baths, laundries, swimming pools, or similar locations
which may be exposed to water, moisture, or humidity.
• Do not reach for a fan heater that has fallen into water. Switch off power at the
socket and unplug the power cord immediately.
• Do not use the fan heater with wet hands.
• Do not use this fan heater near windows as rain may cause an electric shock.
• Do not use this fan heater with a programmer, timer or any other third-party device
that switches the fan heater on automatically. This may pose a fire risk if the fan
heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
• If the power cord or plug is damaged, stop use immediately and contact
help.Kogan.com for assistance.
• If the fan heater is malfunctioning, has been dropped, or otherwise damaged, stop

• Do not connect the power cord into the socket until the fan heater is placed in its
chosen location and any adjustments to its position are made.
• Ensure the power cord is always visible. Do not run the power cord under carpets,
throw rugs, or runners as this may cause a tripping hazard.
• Ensure the power cord is not coiled up when the fan heater is used as this may result
in a build-up of heat which could cause a fire hazard.
• Do not allow the power cord to touch heated surfaces when in use.
• Do not twist, kink, or wrap the power cord around the fan heater as this may cause
the insulation to weaken and split. Always ensure the power cord is fully extended
before use.
• Do not use extension cords with this fan heater.
• In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut out, this fan
heater must not be supplied through an external switching device (for example, a
timer) or be connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off.
• For additional protection, it is recommended to use a residual current device (RCD)
with a tripping current not exceeding 30mA.
• Do not forcibly pull on the power cord when unplugging. Instead, pull directly from
the plug.
• Ensure the fan heater is unplugged when not in use.
• After use, do not place this fan heater in a box or closed space until it has cooled
down sufficiently.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products on this fan heater.
