Cleaning the tea infusion basket filter
CAUTION: Before removing or refitting the filter, switch off the kettle and empty it. Allow it
to cool completely, then unplug the power base from the mains supply socket.
•
Open the lid and remove the tea infusion basket filter.
•
Wash the filter in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before replacing in the kettle.
•
In hard water areas it may be necessary to descale the filter using a descaling
product. Use a proprietary descaling product following the manufacturer's instructions
carefully.
•
Refit the filter back into your kettle.
This appliance has no user serviceable parts. Any servicing beyond that described in the
Cleaning Section should be performed by an Authorized Service Representative only.
