Page 2 Assembly Instruction: Step 1: Put nut into the hole, shown as the following picture. Step 2: Put “U” clamp into base (from step 1), shown as the following picture. Step 3: Put cross bar into base (from step 2), shown as the following picture. Step 4: Place a clamp screw into the hole and tighten it with hexagon wrench.
Page 3 Step 5: Put bar end cap into the cross bar, shown as the following picture. Step 6: Put hook into bottom of base, and use a hook screw and washer to fix the hook, shown as the following picture. (Different size hook and hook screw are provided in “Extra Accessories Pack”, please check which fits your car better) Step 7: To tighten the hook, put a nut into the hole, and use screwdriver to fix it on the other side of the base.
Page 4 Step 8: Attach base pad to the bottom of base. Step 9: Repeat the same procedure for the other side. Installation Instruction: Step 1: Place the assembled cross bar set on top of vehicle roof then align bar, base and hook to the appropriate position. Step 2: Fully tighten one side of cross bar only, then tighten base screw after closing the door.
