The main feature of multicookers MARTA MT-4309 and MT-4310 is that they are two-in-one appliances which include multicooker and pressure cooker functions. There are multicooker programs and programs which use pressure cooking technology.
  • Page 30 CHEF PRO One of the main features of the multicookers MARTA MT-4309 and MT-4310 is a chance to set manually any time meaning (with a range from 1 minute to 24 hours with an interval 1 minute) and cooking temperature meaning (from 30 to 16 without pressure and cooking time (with a range from 1 minute to 24 hours with an interval 1 minute) in pressure cooking programs.

  • Page 32 Do not place the multicooker near heat-emitting devices such as heaters, cooktops or electric burners. Make sure that there is enough space around. The multicooker should stand more than 15 cm far from such flammable objects as furniture, curtains etc. near explosive objects.

The inner pot has volume scale, marked next way: in parts 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 in cups 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 FULL (full pot) Fill the pot with products and water so the level of products and water is between marks 1/5 and 4/5 (minimum 1/5, maximum 4/5). For products which grow in size a lot (e.g. legumes or cereals) maximum level should be 3/5 (pic 3) CAUTION: Never cook without water or without any liquid in pressure cooker mode (with pressure).
  • Page 35 Take the steam relief valve out for cooking without pressure ATTENTION: please be noted that in all rec way as on the picture above. Press button till you see indication of required cooking program on the display. Preset for the program cooking time will be shown on the display. .

  • Page 37 When cooking is over please unplug the appliance. You must cut pressure inside the multicooker down. Open the steam relief valve. Hot steam goes out and pressure inside becomes lower (pic 7). CAUTION: Be really careful steam is extremely hot! When pressure inside the multicooker becomes lower, then there is no outgoing steam from steam release opening, and float valve goes down to the lowest position.

For If you keep button pressed, then degrees scroll faster. Press for cooking program start. Change default settings while cooking process is running (cooking without pressure) If you want to change cooking time and temperature settings while cooking process is running (cooking without pressure) press button .
  • Page 39 Press button of time and temperature settings . Then you see flashing time adjustment indication and flashing hour meaning on the display . You could set up hours with buttons (up) and (down). Hour range is from 0 to 24 hours. Interval is 1 hour. If you keep button pressed, then hours go faster.

  • Page 42 Take the sealed ring out and pull it carefully up. Wash it, dry and set back. Clean steam relief valve after every use. Take valve out carefully with no force. Rinse with running water. Dry it and set back. Set the inner aluminum lid board back. Wipe the multicooker housing and the lid with wet cloth and dry.
  • Page 43 EXTRA FEATURES BABY MEAL WARM UP You could warm baby meal up with MARTA multicooker. Pour 1-2 l of water into the multicooker pot. Place bottles with baby meal into the pot. Close the lid. Take the steam relief valve out.
