The iTechworld 1000W inverter may turn off after a few seconds even when the battery is at 72% due to several possible reasons:
1. Battery Voltage Too Low – If the battery voltage falls below the inverter's minimum input voltage (10.5V), the inverter may shut down. 2. Battery Protection Mode – If using a lithium battery, it may have entered a protection or safe mode. The battery manufacturer’s instructions should be followed to reset it. 3. Loose DC Connections – Loose or faulty DC input connections can cause voltage drops, leading to inverter shutdown. 4. Blown Fuse – A blown battery fuse can prevent proper power delivery. 5. Overload Protection – If the connected appliances draw more power than the inverter’s capacity or cause a surge exceeding its limit, the overload protection may activate and shut the inverter down.
Checking these factors can help identify and resolve the issue.
