I have a Jabra Enhance set that was less than 2 years old when the left earpiece stopped charging. I called 6 months ago approximately, to get a left earpiece replacement and was told that the item was currently out of stock. I would like to replace the malfunctioning left earpiece now. I am glad to provide serial number for the set purchased . The model appears to be ENHEB10
