Printing the System Working Report

The system working report contains the following:
• The number of incoming calls and answered calls
• The percentage of answered calls versus all incoming calls
• The number of accesses requested and successful calls
• The percentage of successful calls versus tries
• The average call duration
This report can also be printed out by the manager.
