1. Turn on the waver by pressing the power button. Continue
to press the power button to select the heat setting for your
hair type. While it heats up, detangle hair thoroughly.
2. The key to long lasting, bends and waves is the proper prep.
Spray dry hair with a heat protectant like Hot Off The Press.
3. Section and clip the hair into four parts.
4. Take a 1" section of hair, place the hair between the plates
and clamp down firmly.
5. Hold for 5 to 8 seconds for fine hair and 10 to 15 seconds
for medium to thick hair. ProTip: press lightly when you
reach the ends.
6. Carefully release the pressure on the handle and allow the
hair to gently slide away from the plates.
7. The waving process requires some overlapping; match the
lower wave of the hair with the upper edge of the plates
each time. For best results, work from the roots down to the
ends.
8. Allow hair to cool. Don't comb or brush to keep the waves
defined. For an extra glossy finished look, pump 1-3 drops
of Gloss Drops into hands, then smooth over dry hair.
