External Master clear for the ZTE Imperial
1. Type ##73887#(Master clear) in the dialer
2. Input SPC code
3. Press OK,and you can see Master Clear setting
4. Select Master clear button could erase all data from your phone.
Android External Master clear for the ZTE Imperial – if user cannot access menu / UI
1. Pull battery.
2. Insert battery.
3. Simultaneously press and hold volume up and power key until device vibrates
and then release.
4. Device will display ZTE, followed by the Android robot, then Android sytem
recovery screen.
5. Press volume down key twice to highlight "Wipe data/factory reset" and then
press power key to select.
6. Press volume down key seven times to highlight "Yes – delete all user data"
