Frame Assembly Fit the intermediate purlins between the end panels and the centre trimmer. Use M10 x 70mm socket dome head screws to bolt to the end panels. Use M10 x 80mm socket button head screws to bolt through the centre trimmer.

Plastic Installation Before fitting the sheet, IAE advise that the mid purlins are pre drilled using a drill screw. Drill until it starts to thread then remove and clean to remove all swarf. See Fig 11. Make sure to allow a 10mm gap between the two sheets.

Plastic Installation Fit 50x3mm cover strips using 5.5x32 drill screws. When fitting these strips it is important that you work from one end. Apply 19mm wide tape to the strip before fitting. Fig 12...
Cycle Racks Cycle racks are supplied as an optional extra. Installation will vary depending on the option purchased. Ensure sufficient fixings are used to secure the cycle rack to the ground. The holes to bolt the cycle rack to the ground are Ø13.5mm. NOTE: The hoops must be bolted to the rails before the rails are bolted to the ground.
Maintenance Routine visual inspection Cycle storage equipment may be subject to heavy use or vandalism, weekly inspection of this type can be necessary. Examples of frame inspection points are: Cleanliness. Rigidity of cycle hoops. Tightness of all fixings. Signs of corrosion or wear. Missing parts.
