    7 - MANUTENZIONE Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria descritte di seguito devono essere eseguite da personale preparato, che conosca bene la pompa ed il suo funzionamento e che abbia letto per intero il presente manuale. La manutenzione deve essere eseguita ponendo la massima attenzione al fi ne di evitare incidenti.

Carefully follow the installation instructions contained in this manual. NOTE: Most of problems with new equipment results from inappropriate operations or installations. This manual must always accompany both the pump and the machine on which the pump is installed, even when pump and machine or the pump alone is sold, loaned or otherwise transferred to other premises.

    5.2 - Start-up THE INSTALLATION OF A DEVICE THAT INTERCEPTS THE PNEUMATIC AIR SUPPLY IS RECOMMENDED TO RAPIDLY DISCONNECT THE PUMP FROM PNEUMATIC CIRCUIT IN CASE OF NEED OR MAINTENANCE. BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY CONNECTIONS, VERIFY THE CONDITION OF FITTINGS AND SEALS AND ENSURE THREADS AND PIPES ARE CLEAN AND INTACT.

    7 - MAINTENANCE The routine maintenance work described below must be performed exclusively by a skilled technician who has a thorough knowledge of the pump and its operation and who has read this manual completely. Maintenance must be carried out with maximum caution to prevent possible accidents. This chapter describes the only maintenance procedures permitted.
