- Page 3 Operating as a Positional Intercom 1.0 General This application note is intended to show how to configure and connect the Telex Radio Dispatch IP-223 Ethernet Adaptor Panel to a Telex HB-3+ Headset Adaptor. This connection provides PTT (Push-To-Talk) control and audio connections for an intercom position to listen and talk on a radio network that is crosspatched by a console position.
