TO USE Dismantle and clean thoroughly before first use – see cleaning section. Place the chopping bowl on a stable, flat surface. Place the blade onto the metal pin in the base of the chopping bowl (figs. 1 & 2). Place the food to be chopped into the bowl on top of the blades.
