2- Press the 'function' key to choose the settings. The Temperature sign will light up, press '+' or '-' to set the temperature and make the yogurt (range 20 - 50 ℃ ). Yogurt maker temperature is approximately 42℃. 3- Press 'start/cancel' after the temperature is set. Press '+' or '-' to set the timer ( range 8-48hrs). After the timer is set, press 'start/cancel' button.
