The sound outlet
It_is_important_that_the_sound_outlet_is_not_blocked_by_
earwax ._If_it_is_blocked,_do_as_follows:
Remove_ and_ discard_ the_ wax_
guard_(see_pages_31-33) ._Use_the_
small_brush_or_cloth_to_remove_
any_ remaining_ debris_ from_ the_
sound_ outlet ._ Never_ clean_ the_
hearing_ aid_ with_ the_ waxguard_ in_ place ._ Insert_ a_ new_
wax_guard_after_cleaning_is_completed .
Important
If you cannot clean the sound outlet completely, you
should contact your hearing care professional. Do not
insert anything into the sound outlet as this could dam-
age the hearing aid.
