If the alarm response centre can't hear you
and they're worried about you
If the alarm response centre gets in touch with you and
you can't speak, they will do what you asked them to do in
an emergency according to your Help at Hand profile.
The Help at Hand website guide shows you how to make
changes to your detailed settings for sending for help.
If you got this SmartLinQ from an organisation, a staff
member may have set these up already.

off button down
for three seconds.
Take the battery
out. Leave it
out for three
seconds, then put
it back in. Your
SmartLinQ should
then be off.
