  • Page 7 Before replacing a burned-out light bulb, unplug the refrigerator or turn off power at the circuit breaker or fuse box in order to avoid contact with a live wire filament. (A burned- out light bulb may break when being replaced.) NOTE: Setting either or both controls to the OFF position does not remove power to the light circuit.

    1. T o remove the Flexi-Floor tray, lift slightly (1) and pull out towards you (2). 2. T o replace the Flexi-Floor tray, push in toward refrigerator. USING YOUR REFRIGERATOR ICE TRA Y (on some models) Icemaking If the tray is filled with water to the highest level, it will be difficult to remove ice cubes.
  • Page 22 T o help remove odors, you can wash the inside of the refrigerator with a mixture of baking soda and warm water. Mix 2 tablespoons baking soda to 1 quart of water (26 g soda to 1 liter water.) Be sure the baking soda is completely dissolved so does it not scratch the surfaces of the refrigerator.

  • Page 28 UNDERSTANDING SOUNDS YOU MA Y HEAR Your new refrigerator may make sounds that your old one didn’t make. Because the sounds are new to you, you might be concerned about them. Most of the new sounds are normal. Hard surfaces, like the floor, walls and cabinets, can make the sounds seem louder than they actually are.

In order to keep the refrigerator cool, try to get everything you need out of the refrigerator at once, keep food organized so it is easy to find and close the door as soon as the food is removed.
