WARNING: Risk of Unsafe Operation. Before servicing unit unplug or disconnect electrical supply, turn water
supply off, discharge residual pressure, and engage spray handle lock‑off.
PROBlEM
Motor does not start.
Unit does not reach high pressure.
Output pressure varies high/low.
No detergent.
Garden hose connection leaks.
Spray wand or extension leaks.
Pump is excessively noisy.
Water leaks from pump.
Oil leaks.
Motor buzzes but fails to run.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUsE
Unit not plugged in.
ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position.
Wand trigger not being squeezed.
GFCI tripped.
Water faucet not fully turned on.
Water inlet filter clogged.
Nozzle worn.
Pump is sucking air.
Water supply restricted.
Not enough inlet water supply.
Pump is sucking air.
Water inlet screen clogged.
Discharge nozzle is obstructed.
Not using the soap nozzle.
Soap tank is empty.
Soap tank not properly connected.
Detergent is too thick.
Damaged or clogged detergent suction ports.
Discharge nozzle is obstructed.
Loose fittings.
Missing/worn rubber washer.
Spray wand not properly attached.
Broken O‑ring.
Pump is sucking air.
Loose fittings.
Water seals are damaged or worn.
Oil seals are damaged or worn.
Supply voltage below minimum.
System has residual pressure.
Voltage loss due to extension cord.
Cleaner not used for long periods.
CORRECTiOn
Plug in power cord.
Turn switch to the ON position.
Squeeze trigger with switch in ON position.
Press reset button at GFCI on plug end of cord. Check the breaker in your household electrical pannel.
If the breaker is tripped, reset breaker.
Open water valve fully.
Remove filter and rinse to clean.
Replace with new nozzle.
Check that hoses and fittings are air tight. Turn OFF machine and purge pump by squeezing trigger
gun until a steady flow of water emerges from the nozzle.
Check water hose for kinks, leaks and blockage.
Turn water on full force ‑ check hose for leaks and kinks.

gun until a steady flow of water emerges from the nozzle.
To unclog, rinse OFF with water.
Blow out or remove debris.
Detergent only comes out when using the soap nozzle. Detergent will not flow out when using a
high pressure nozzle.
Add more detergent.
Check connections. Ensure that the soap tank is fully secured into the pressure washer unit.
Use detergent recommended for use in pressure washers only.
Remove obstruction or debris and run warm water over the detergent suction ports.
Blow out or remove debris. Run warm water through nozzle to remove debris
Tighten fittings.
Replace washer in hose adapter.
