IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Safety advice
Check that the appliance's rating plate corresponds to the voltage marked on your mains supply meter.
This appliance is designed solely for domestic use.
Place the fryer on a flat work surface away from all sources of heat and water.
Never operate your fryer without oil or fat in it.
Always observe the max/min levels indicated inside the removable tank.
A safety cut out system prevents the fryer being used without the detachable fryer body.
The fryer is protected by thermostat and a thermal safety cut-out which automatically cuts the
electrical supply should the appliance accidentally overheat.
Always keep an eye on the fryer whilst it is in use, ensure the flex does not get caught, and
always keep the fryer out of the reach of children.
Oil and fat are flammable substances. If however the oil catches fire, disconnect the plug from
the mains. Cover the fryer with its lid or a dish to smother the flames. Never use water.
Never move the fryer when it is in use or when the oil is still hot. Hot oil can cause very serious
burns.
Use the side carrying handles to carry the fryer, never use the basket handle for this purpose.
It is important to wail until the oil or fa.t is completely cold before attempting to remove the
removable tank.
Never cover the Filter vent with your hand or other object (cloth, dish, plate...).
