BASIC OPERATION OF SERVICE MENU
1. TOOL OF SERVICE MENU OPERATION
Operate the SERVICE MENU with the REMOTE CONTROL UNIT.
2. In general, basic setting (adjustments) items or verifications are perfor med in the SERVICE MENU.
(1) V/C (S) ･･･････ ･････････････ ････････････ ････ This set the s etting values (adjustment values) of the VIDEO/CHROMA circuits .
(2) DEF (D) ･･･････ ･････････････ ････････････ ･･･ This set the s etting values (adjustment values) of the DEFLECTION circuit.
(3) SOUND (A) ･･･････ ･････････････ ････････････ This set the s etting values (adjustment values) of the AUDIO circuit.
(4) OTHERS (F) ･･･････ ･････････････ ･･･････････ This is us ed when the OTHERS MODE is verified. [Do not adjust]
(5) PIP (PIP) ･･･････ ･････････････ ････････････ ･･ This set the s etting values(adjustment values) of the PICT URE-IN-PICTURE circuit.
(6) 3LY/C(LYC) / 3DY/C(DYC) ･･･････ ････････････ This is us ed when the 3L(or 3D) Y/C MODE is verified. [Do not adjust]
(7) LOW LIGHT ･･･････ ･････････････ ････････････ This sets the s etting values (adjustment values ) of the W HITE BALANCE circuit.
(8) HIGH LIGHT ･･･････ ･････････････ ･･･････････ This sets the s etting values (adjustment values) of the WHITE BALANCE circuit
(9) RF AFC･･･････ ･････････････ ････････････ ････ This is us ed when the RF AFC MODE is verified.
(10) VCO ･･･････ ･････････････ ･･････････････････ This is us ed when the IF VCO is adjusted.
(11) I 2 C BUS ･･･････ ･････････････ ････････････ ･･･ This is us ed when ON/OFF of the I
(12) SYSTEM (SYS) ･･･････ ･････････････ ･････････ This is us ed when the SYSTEM is verified. [Fixed value]
3. Basic Op erations of the SERVICE MENU
(1) Ho w to enter SERVICE MENU
Press the SLEEP TIMER key and set the SLEEP TIMER for
[0 MIN].
Then press the DISPLAY key and the VIDEO STATUS key of
the remote c ontrol unit simultaneously, and the SERVICE
MENU sc reen will be dis played as shown below.
(2) Selection of SUB MENU SCREEN
In SERVICE MENU, press the FUNCTION ▲ ▲ ▲ ▲ / ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ key to selec t
any of the SUB MENU items . (The letters of the selec ted items
are displayed in yellow)
If an item like to set up bec omes yellow, the FUNCTION
/ key will be pushed and it will go into the mode.
