5.8 EC (Refrigerant Leakage Detec�on diagnosis and solu�on)
Descrip�on: Define the evaporator coil temp.T2 of the compressor just starts running as Tcool.
In the beginning 5 minutes a�er the compressor starts up, if T2<Tcool-2°C does not keep con�nuous 4 seconds and this
situa�on happens 3 �mes, the display area will show "EC" and AC will turn off.
Recommended parts to prepare:
• Faulty T2 sensor
• Faulty iIndoor PCB
• System problems, such as leakage or blockages
Troubleshoo�ng and repair:
Power off, then restart the unit 2 minutes later.
