Battery
The Honeywell Lynx Touch operates on the
Loss of AC power and use of backup battery power is indicated by NO AC.
A low battery condition is indicated by Low BAT.
For complete instructions on replacing your battery, please visit the
system.
Bypass Protected Areas
Bypassing a zone allows you to arm your system with certain protected areas intentionally unarmed or to
access a protected area when the system is armed.
To bypass a zone, select the [Zones] icon.
Select the zones you wish to bypass, then select the [Bypass] icon.
Enter your [security code], then select the [Home] icon to return to the home screen.
Arm the system as usual.
To unbypass a zone, disarm the system.

Change Date and Time
The time and date settings can only be changed by the Master user.
To change date and time settings, navigate to the second page of the home screen by selecting
the [More] icon.
From the second page of the home screen, select the [Tools] icon.
Enter your [security code]. The system will display the Master user programming screen.
Select the [Date Time] icon.
Use the arrows to select the desired month, year, and day.
Press the downward facing arrow to continue on to enter the time.
If the displayed time is not correct, select the [Clear] icon, enter the desired time in a 12-hour
format, then select either AM or PM.
Select the [Save] icon (may be represented by an upside down triangle).
