Important: The dimensions between the internal surfaces of the legs and side chambers are different between the 1524mm, 1372mm and 1220mm Clayton models, refer to drawing shown on page 9. 1) With suitable testing equipment check for live electrical cables or gas pipes and any other obstructions or connections that maybe obscured to the area of intended fireplace chamber installation. - Page 6 perpendicular and square to base level. Failure to ensure level and square ness to all parts will be problematic as the chamber parts will not fit correctly, so it is imperative great care is taken with this stage. 8) Important note: Checks must be made by the installer to ensure that the stove being installed does not exceed a temperature of no more than 65 degrees above ambient temperature Celsius from the underside of the stove to the hearth as this will affect the materials that can be used for the hearth and rear base and the requirement for thermal expansion joints to hearth.
