5 Service Mode

INDICATIONS FOR ERROR CONDITIONS
Each Indicator facilitates finding the cause of an error.
When an error is detected, the Lamp goes off and the indicators on the front flash.

Abnormal voltage (DTV+9V line)

IC4501 (Audio Amp) failure
Communication error between Peaks (IC8001)

and TV Microcontroller (IC6004)
Communication error between Peaks (IC8001)

and TV Microcontroller (IC6004)

Abnormal voltage (POWER+17V line)

Lamp does not light up

Lamp failure

Abnormal Lamp temperature

Lamp communication error

Lamp Fan stops

Fan Case Unit (OPT Fan) stops

Front Fan or Rear Fan stops

Rear Fan or Front Fan stops

Rear Jack PCB connection error

Abnormal Lamp input voltage (+28V)
Note:
1. The detected Error data will be stored in the EEPROM, and SOS History (Code) is displayed in Self Check mode
or Service Adjust mode (SRV-TOOL).
2. The Lamp Indicator will flash X5 immediately after the Lamp goes off. For this SOS only, the TV power will remain on.
