As such, these Limited Warranties, and any disclaimer or limitation stated herein, are subject to ANY APPLICABLE STATE OR FEDERAL LAW AND SHALL APPLY ONLY TO the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

If AUSRV elects to replace the defective Caravan or Camper trailer, then the replacement shall be with a Caravan or Camper trailer (as applicable) which, in AUSRV’s discretion, is of like kind and quality as the defective Caravan or Camper trailer.
