Troubleshooting

In this case
I want to use my
mobile router.
I want to use
the App without
registering.
I want to log
in to multiple
smartphones using
the same login ID.
The washer dryer
cannot be paired
with a smartphone.

Mobile routers are not guaranteed to work.
Some may not work even if they support IEEE802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz band only).
To use the App, Please register to use through the application from your
smartphone.
You can only log in to the App on one smartphone per login ID. If you log in from
more than one smartphone using the same login ID, the smartphone logged in
first will be logged off.
Please make sure that you have an appropriate condition for wireless LAN
connection between your washer dryer and your smartphone.
Make sure that the wireless LAN function of the washer dryer is set to "On
(The wireless LAN function)"
Make sure that the (communication lamp)
Make sure that your wireless LAN router is switched on.
Please check your wireless LAN router's instruction manual and turn it on.
Make sure that the SSID and password (e.g., "encryption key" or "security key")
of your wireless LAN router are correct.
Make sure that your wireless LAN router is not in stealth mode (SSID hidden).
Please disable the stealth mode before pairing.
Please refer to your wireless LAN router's user manual for how to disable the
stealth mode.
After pairing, please return to the stealth mode setting with your wireless LAN
router.
Pairing cannot be performed when MAC address filtering is set on the wireless
LAN router.
Please check the instruction manual for your wireless LAN router and cancel the
MAC address filtering setting before pairing.
To set the MAC address filtering again, please register the washer dryer's MAC
address to the wireless LAN router after pairing is completed. For the MAC
address of the washer dryer, please refer to "Checking the MAC address" on
page 32.
Microwave ovens that use the 2.4GHz band or devices that use Bluetooth in the
vicinity may cause a temporary interruption or slowdown in communication.
