Introduction This document describes the operation of the TrendVario 6X00 parking system. Select chip storage location and enter name NOTE Up to three chips can be taught for each parking space. The customer can choose to which of the three storage locations they wish to add the new chip. If a chip is already assigned to one of the three storage locations and the customer selects this storage location, then the previous chip is deleted and replaced by the new chip.

Acknowledging emergency stop as customer If the emergency stop has been pressed or the system was switched on, the emergency stop must be acknowledged by the customer. This is done by pressing the red ʺQUITʺ button. NOTE To do so, the emergency stop button on the selection panel must be unlocked.
Acknowledging malfunction as customer The following error screen appears. Item Description Button for acknowledging malfunction as customer. If the error is no longer present, the customer home page appears after pressing the Quit button. If the error persists, the HMI remains in the red screen Display of the current parking process, in which an error occurred, if a parking process has just been carried out.

The Service home page This page appears after logging into the Service menu. Maintenance key NOTE The maintenance key bridges the ʺGates safely closedʺ signal. This allows the system to be run with open gates if the maintenance key is turned. The maintenance key is located on the selection panel housing below the selection panel.
Transferring system configuration Before initial commissioning, the system configuration must be transferred from the user tablet to the master. Acknowledging the emergency stop The emergency stop is displayed at the top right of every service page and can be acknowledged there. Item Description The red emergency stop symbol indicates that the emergency stop circuit is not OK. This can occur if the emergency stop button on the selection panel has been pressed. To acknowledge, the emergency stop button must be unlocked and the red emergency symbol must be pressed.
Acknowledging errors The errors are displayed at the top right of every service page and errors can be acknowledged there. Item Description The red error symbol indicates that an error has occurred. A triggered emergency stop is also evaluated as an error and results in an error being displayed.
Manual mode The complete parking system can be controlled in locked manual mode via the ʺServiceʺ page. NOTE With locked manual mode, the system will only carry out a movement if the desired travel direction is free. This means that all platforms are in a position which will not lead to a collision. NOTICE Locked manual mode does not absolve the operator of their responsibility for careful operation of the system in manual mode!

Running in manual mode It is possible to run the system in manual mode using the buttons ʺLift UFʺ, ʺLower UFʺ, ʺGF leftʺ, ʺGF rightʺ, ʺLift basementʺ, ʺLower basementʺ, ʺLift FPʺ, ʺLower FPʺ, ʺOpen gateʺ and ʺClose gateʺ. The platform moves as soon as the button is pressed, and stops when the button is released.
Display of signals from the master cabinet Item Description Display of the signal indicating that all gates are closed securely. Illuminates green once all gates are closed securely. Providing parking space in automatic mode In the service menu all parking spaces can also be approached without a chip or remote control. The field ʺRequest a parking spaceʺ is provided for this. When the ʺRequest a parking spaceʺ button is pressed, a number field appears, where the parking space number of the customer can be entered.

Automatic logout from the service menu After 10 minutes the user is automatically logged out of the service menu. NOTE 10 seconds before the automatic logout takes place, a window appears, notifying the user of the automatic logout. This can be extended by a further 10 minutes in this window.
