8. Remove the front shroud. See figure 6.
9. Unplug connector 3a from connector 2a. See diagram 2.
10. Measure voltage across pin 1 and pin 4 on connector 2a.
See figure 7.
— If the multimeter indicates 0VDC, then go to the next step.
— If the multimeter indicates greater than 0VDC, then
replace the Dynamic bus cable extension (3) and retest
the system.
11. Unplug connector 5a from connector 2d. See diagram 2.
12. Measure voltage across pin 1 and pin 2 on connector 5a.
See figure 8.
— If the multimeter indicates 0VDC, then go to the next step.
— If the multimeter indicates greater than 0VDC, then
replace the Dynamic power module (2) and retest the
system.
13. Unplug connector 6a from connector 5b and connector
7a from connector 5c. See diagram 2.

14. Measure voltage across pin 1 and pin 2 on connector 6a.
See figure 9.
— If the multimeter indicates greater than 0VDC, then go
to step 16.
— If the multimeter indicates 0VDC, then go to the next step.
