Quick Reference Guide
Use this guide as a quick reference when using your
®
KitchenAid
Ultima Cook™ Speed Oven. For more
complete information, see your Use & Care Guide.
Using Clock
To set:
1. Press CLOCK button.
2. Follow directions on display screen.
To hide clock:
1. Press CLOCK button.
2. Press OFF/CANCEL button. "Home" will be
displayed.
To display clock:
1. Press CLOCK button.
2. Touch "Finished" or press START button.
Using Timer
1. Press TIMER button.
2. Enter desired time.
3. Touch "Start."
Using Cook Time
1. Press COOK TIME button.
2. Enter desired cook time.
3. Touch "Power" on display and enter power level, if
other than 100%.
4. Touch "Start."
Using Cook
Example for bone-in chicken pieces, 1 lb:
1. Touch "Cook."
2. Touch "More Choices."
3. Touch "Poultry."
4. Touch "Pieces Bone-in."
5. Enter weight, "1.5 pounds."
6. Touch "Doneness" to adjust doneness level, if
desired,
or
Touch "Prepare" to read preparation suggestions,
if desired,
or
Touch "Start."
Using Reheat
Example for 2 dinner plates:
1. Touch "Reheat."
2. Touch "Dinner Plates."
3. Enter number of plates, "2 plates."
4. Touch "Start."
Using Defrost
Example for 1 lb ground beef:
1. Touch "Defrost."
2. Touch "Meat."
3. Enter weight, "1.0 pounds."
4. Touch "Doneness" to adjust doneness level, if
desired,
or
Touch "Start."
Using Fan
1. Press FAN button.
2. Touch "+" or "-" on display screen to select fan
speed.
3. Press FAN button twice to turn fan off (or once if
Fan screen is active).
Using Cooktop/Countertop Light
1. Press LIGHT button.
2. Touch "+" or "-" on display screen to select light
level.
3. Press LIGHT button twice to turn light off (or once
if Light screen is active).
Using Child Lock
1. Touch "More Choices."
2. Touch "Hints & Settings."
3. Touch "Child Lock."
4. Touch "On/Off" to set lock.
5. Touch "Finished." Padlock icon will appear in
upper, left-hand corner of display.
