GENERAL INFORMATION

This manual contains information regarding various MV4 Watch
Winder series, please check if the appropriate description or fea-
ture is for your product.
The Watch Winder will complete its program in a period of 24
hours with rest periods and continue the program on the following
day. The developed programs ensure compliance with the daily in-
tervals. By use of innovative technology, individual directions and
revolutions per day (TPD) are separately possible for an optimum
winding rhythm of each winding module.
The Watch Winder will perform a control run after activation.
For optimum presentation of the watches, the watch holder remain
automatically in the position of 12 o'clock during rest periods.
Battery operation (optional)
Please open the battery compartment on the bottom of the device and
place new high quality alkaline batteries, taking care to maintain cor-
rect polarity. We recommend that you always replace all four batteries
of the same type. Approved batteries: Alkaline batteries with 1.5 volts
Baby (DIN) | LR14 (IEC) | C (US) | AM2 (International) | 14A (ANSI)
Note: Never use rechargeable batteries.
Technical and optical modifications reserved.
Batteries as well as electronic devices and equipment cannot
be put together with the waste, but must be disposed of in
accordance with applicable local regulations.

USE AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

Positioning the Watch Winder
Place your Watch Winder with the feet down on a stable, flat surfa-
ce, so that the device does not slip or tilt when operating or when
inserting and removing the watches. Please avoid storage or instal-
lation sites with direct sunlight, high humidity or large temperature
fluctuations.
Inserting the watch (see extra page "Figure I-IV")
1. Please carefully pull the watch holder out of the Watch Winder at
the side handles.
2. Please squeeze the watch holder on the padded sides, place the
watch with the strap closed and release the tension so that the watch
is firmly fixed on the watch holder. The watch strap should be tightly
secured to prevent it from interfering with the turning mechanism.
3. Carefully insert the watch holder in the correct position in the
Watch Winder until it snaps into place.
4. If necessary, remove the end piece of the watch holder to attach
watches with a short strap.

Status LED, interior lighting, touch operation, Integrated security
lock, Bluetooth interface, battery operation
Devices with Status LED / State Indicator
Program activation: LED is continuous on for 2 minutes.
Motor fault / locked rotation: LED lights up 1 time per second.
Power disturbance: LED lights up 2 times per second.
Please use only the supplied original MODALO AC adapter.
Unauthorized power supply or cables may damage the device.
