Check
Is the machine turned on?
Is the interface harness connected
correctly?
Is there any jammed bill or foreign
material inside the validator?
Is there any dirt on the validation
sensors?
Is the DIP SW setting correctly?
Is there any dirt on the validation
sensors?
Is the security mode set as "High"?
Is there any dirt on the validation
sensors?
Is there any jammed bill inside?
Is the jammed bill wet, creased, torn
or folded?
Is the bill validator installed
properly?
Remedy
Turn on power to the machine
Connect the interface harness
properly
Remove the jammed bill or foreign
materials from the bill path
Clean the sensors referring to the
"REGULAR MAINTENANCE"
Set DIP SW to be enabled referring
to the "ENABLING BILLS"
Clean the sensors referring to the
"REGULAR MAINTENANCE"
Set DIP SW to be standard referring
to the "ENABLING BILLS"
Clean the sensors referring to the
"REGULAR MAINTENANCE"
Remove the jammed bill or foreign
objectives from bill path
Do not insert damaged bills
Check the installation referring to
the "INSTALLATION"
