General BOR-ON is a precision instrument and it shall therefore be handled with care so that the measurement results are not jeopardized. It is important that you follow the instructions below and in general take the necessary steps to protect the equipment.

The material analyser provides information about the hardness of the material by showing the measurement value on the display after the test has been carried out.
