- Page 3 TECHNICAL INFORMATION The jug contains 1.8 litres. The vortexing process runs for 3.3 or 7.3 minutes at 39, 42 or 46 RPM. The water is ready when the vortex ends and settles, preferably after about 10 minutes. The peak water quality is reached after 4 hours, when the hydrogen atoms have stabilized.
