1.
Loosely install a rear shield to the right rear
frame tube with a U-bolt and 2 flange nuts
(Figure
3).

Position the shield near the tube radius and
contacting the frame plate.

Tighten the flange nuts.
4.
Repeat steps

through
machine.
For Models Equipped with a
Yanmar Engine (With a Cab)
1.
Loosely install a rear shield to the left rear frame
tube with a U-bolt and 2 flange nuts

The shield is to be positioned near the tube
radius and contacting the frame plate.

Installing the Hood Locking
Latch
Parts needed for this procedure:

Locking latch
1
Latch plate
1
Bolt (3/8 x 1 inch)

Flange locknut (3/8 inch)

Procedure
1.
Unlatch and raise the hood. Use the prop rod
to hold it in place.
2.
Remove the plug from the square hole in the
right side of the hood. Discard the plug

Remove the locking nut from the latch assembly.
