ProCom Quick Start Guide
1. Make sure the battery is fully charged
2. Plug in the HS-35S or HS-35D headset into the Belt Pack
3. Turn on the belt pack by holding the power button in for 2 seconds
4. Belt pack will display
1.
PROCOM
2.
Firmware Version
3.
Belt pack name
4.
The current channel belt pack is set to.
5. Adjust volume control by using the Up/Down buttons
6. Set desired channel by pressing + or –
7. When the microphone boom is:
1. In the down position, the belt pack is not muted
2. In the up position, the belt pack is muted.
NOTE: The boom is made to be very stiff to prevent it from dropping over time.
To move the boom, place your fingers and thumb near the round pivot point where
the boom connect to the headset.

8. When using the X12MR mini helmet receiver:
Upon pressing the PTT button, three settings are triggered.
(a) The length permitted to talk to the helmet receiver
(b) The alert tone notifying you that there are X
(c) The time that must pass before you can transmit
1 Beep – Begin to talk
2 Beeps – X time remaining before PTT feature ends
3 Beeps – PTT has ceased. You must wait X seconds before using PTT
(Settings a, b and c are set by ProCom depending on conference rules).
9. While in a press box, the optimum place to put the belt pack is nearest the window and position it
or elevate it where the belt pack can see the entire field.
NEVER keep the belt pack on your hip or below ANY OBSTRUCTION while in the press box.
