Accessing the latest features through
firmware upgrades
1.
Download the latest firmware version from www.creative.com and save it in your player.
2.
The firmware upgrade file must be saved in the root directory.
3.
Power off and then power on the player; the firmware is automatically upgraded.
- The firmware upgrade should be done only when there is sufficient battery icon with two bars.
- If the upgrade process is interrupted by a power-off due to insufficient battery power, serious product damage
can result. Please ensure that the power does not go off during upgrades.

※What is the root directory? This is the directory that contains all other directories and folders in the system.
