ezDispense
Symptoms
Refill Alarm continues
to display when
detergent/softener is
added.
Too much/too little
detergent or softener
dispensed.
The ezDispense doesn't
dispense detergent/
softener.
There's foam on the
rinsing course, and
there's detergent left
on the clothes after the
washing.
After the washing,
there's a scum on the
cloth.
Detergent, softener
leaks from the lid of
the ezDispense
compartments.
Possible Cause & Solution
Detergent/softener has built up on the fluid level sensor.
• Open the compartment covers and clean the insides of the ezDispense
compartments with warm water. Use a soft brush to remove any residue.
If the Refill Alarm is displayed continuously, call for service.
The amount of detergent/softner is not enough for the sensor to detect.
• Fill the detergent/softner up to the MAX line in the compartment.
The default dispense amounts setting may need to be changed.
• Check and change the default dispense amounts setting.
The ezDispense function is off.
• Turn on the ezDispense function.
The ventilation holes are blocked.
• Clean the ventilation holes for the lids on the compartments with warm
water.
The detergent or softener in the ezDispense compartments has
hardened.
• Clean the ezDispense compartments and change the detergent or
softener.
Detergent was used when rinsing.
• Please make sure that the detergent/softner is stored correctly. (right:
detergent / left: softener)
You need to clean the inside of the ezDispense system.
• When using both dispensers for liquid detergent, make sure to run the
ezDispense Nozzle Clean in advance.
You need the ezDispense compartment's horizontal maintenance.
• Leakage occurs when the ezDispense compartment is tilted. Slide the
ezDispense compartment out or in slowly and use both hands for safety.
The lid isn't fully closed.
• Securely close the lids to the ezDispense compartments. Be careful not to
lose the lids.
