Fitting the telephone module

Push telephone module 2 into fixture 1

until it engages audibly.

Activating the telephone module

General notes
The telephone module need only be activated
if the vehicle is equipped with system
variant A (COMAND Online) (N page 6).
For first-time use with a mobile phone, the
mobile phone must be activated on the
telephone module. After this initial activation,
the two devices will be connected to each
other automatically in the vehicle with every
startup.
Press the % button repeatedly until the
X
basic telephone menu appears, then select
Telephone.
Fit the module (N page 7).

Switch to the menu bar: slide mr the
X
controller.
Select
X
Connect device
SAP
module.
If your vehicle is equipped with a
Mercedes-Benz business phone, you can
connect the module as a
Business
phone.
Where applicable, select
X
Business
phone.
The
COMAND device list
