GENERAL SAFETY RULES Safety is a combination of common sense, staying alert, and knowing how your power tool works. SAVE THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. WARNING: Do not operate this unit until you read this instruction manual for safety, operation and maintenance instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury. - Page 6 WARNING: Do not expose to rain or use in damp locations. Guidelines for using extension cords Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw. An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage resulting in loss of power and overheating.

SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES FOR ELECTRIC MINI CIRCULAR SAW Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an operation where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring. Cutting accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
