    PRODUCT PRESENTATION Ladder Barrel is an essential apparatus for any Pilates studio. It promotes exercises to develop core strength, stretching and flexibility. The barrel-shaped upholstery is meant to help support the back and shoulders, allowing the practitioner to bend back and forth, working the deeper muscles of the abdomen.

    PREPARATION FOR ASSEMBLY The Ladder Barrel must be installed and used in an environment conducive to Pilates practice. The following characteristics must be respected in the equipment installation area: • Proper leveling and floor stability; • Low humidity; • Protection against sunlight.

    DETAILED ASSEMBLY BARREL ASSEMBLY With the eyebolt facing downwards and the holes facing upwards, rest one of the sides on the base structure to start the assembly. Use bubble wrap between parts. Align the holes in the upholstery with the holes in the wooden side. Secure using a FLAT WASHER ZB 1.9 X 7 X 17MM (1/4) and an INTERNAL HEX SCREW CL 1/4x1½.
  • Page 11 Rest the base structure on the ground again. MAKE SURE THE BACKREST IS SECURELY FASTENED. PUT YOUR FEET ON THE BASE OF THE LADDER BARREL AND TRY TO MOVE THE BACKREST TO ENSURE THERE IS NO CLEARANCE.
  • Page 12 STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLING THE BARREL IN THE STRUCTURE Position the barrel set over the base frame, inserting the screws into the oblong slots in the wooden panels. BE SURE TO PUT A SCREW IN EACH SLOT. INSTALLING THE ADJUSTMENT KNOBS For each ZB 1/4X3 HEX SCREW, place a 1.9X7X38MM (1/4) WIDE-BRIMMED FLAT WASHER and a 45X1/4 3P FEMALE KNOB.
  • Page 13 MAKE SURE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE END OF THE BAR AND THE SIDE OF THE LADDER BARREL IS THE SAME. Also, check that the fixed eyebolt on the LB TOP BAR is up. Once fitted and aligned, the LB Top Bar must be secured using the INTERNAL HEX HEADLESS SCREWS WITH CONCAVE TIP ZP 3/8X7/8.

    USER MANUAL USES AND SETTINGS ADJUSTING THE BARREL The Ladder Barrel can be shifted to adapt to different physical types and skill levels. To adjust the distance between the barrel and the backrest, loosen the four knobs, move the entire barrel assembly to the desired position.
  • Page 15 (IF FITTED) IS FULLY FIXED. IF THE COMPONENT IS WORN OUT, REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY. EXTENSION PLATFORM (not included) To use, just fit the two existing crossbars under the platform by the external sides of the base structure of the Ladder Barrel.
