Attach the Rear Frame (#10) to the Rear Foot Frame ASSY (#1) using: two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#48) two Φ10 Spring Washers (#60) two M10*25 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#61) 2. Attach the Rear Frame (#10) to the Rear Foot Frame ASSY (#1) using: eight Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#48) four M10*55 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#63) four M10 Nuts (#49)
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY STEP 3 1. Thread the Seat Support Frame ASSY (#9) & Seat Carriage ASSY (#8) onto the Rail ASSY (#7). 2. Attach two Rail Bumpers (#18) to the Rail ASSY (#7) using: two Φ9*Φ16*1.6 Flat Washers (#53) two M8*25 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#51) 3.

Attach the Faceplate ASSY (#11) to the Front Frame ASSY (#4) using: twelve Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#48) four Φ10 Spring Washers (#60) six M10*25 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#61) four M10 Cap Nuts (#62) two M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#49) Note: There are 4 bolts on top of the face plate AND 2 more on the front of the face plate located on either side of the handlebar weld point above the AbCoaster logo.
  • Page 14 ASSEMBLY STEP 5 1. Attach the two Forearm Pads (#37) to the Faceplate ASSY (#11) using: eight Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#48) eight M10*20 Socket Head Cap Bolt (#57) Note: Tighten all connections from Step 5. Machine is now ready to be moved into place and can be used safely.
